Introduction & updates with clients

• NEW: Clients will have their own portals to access important documents and dates

Send contract to attorneys & send client attorney intake documents

Follow up emails with attorneys & buyer agent

Send out page 17 for signatures to sellers and seller agent (if received) and send copy to the buyer’s agent

Obtain signed copy of EMD receipt

Send utility sheet for the seller(s) to fill out

Remind of lockbox/key admin & final walkthrough

Basic scan/commission verification on CD/HUD/etc

Confirm closing/recording with attorneys

Send deed and executed closing documents to client

If applicable/requested:

• Order survey

• Order home warranty and send invoice to pertaining parties
